This is our most aggressive program. Interest only payments of 10 – 12% from 6 months to 3 years without a pre-payment penalty are common. This program allows investors like you to:
- Buy assets in distress (for example: negotiating a discounted payoff to a bank on another property) with a break-even debt service;
